Meet Tetley, our super sweet old man with a unique personality.



Tetley is looking for a home that understands and respects his insecurities. He's a scared dog who needs time and patience. We feel he will bond in time and become a lot more sociable but it would have to be on his terms at a slow pace.
He is a dog who needs someone with a heart of gold. who is taking him in to make a very real difference in a dog's life. He hasn't had much throughout the whole of his life being a street dog and then spendings year in various shelters and kennels.

Tetley does like to have some enrichments, he is partial to a snuffle mat with great treats! His people might enjoy being a little creative with puzzles etc...
He is actually very low maintenance and just needs a relaxed home, observant and willing to help him become more confident. He does not go out for walks, he may in time but it's not a guarantee so a lovely garden would be important.

He's a

true street dog at heart, a gentle soul who deserves a chance. He is a dog who will be hugely fullfilling for someone with a rescue mentality as you will be part fo their journey to more peace and happiness. It's never too late!

So what home is Tetley looking for:

• Tetley would like to live in an adult-only household.

• He needs a another canine companion for support.

• A lovely garden where Tetley's free spirit can roam freely.

All our dogs go on home trial for four weeks before an adoption. We offer post adoption support and access to a certified behaviourist and trainer for the lifetime of our dogs.
